The Alvarez Organic Farms Wholesale Program is dedicated to connecting our farm fresh produce to premiere restaurants, CSA's, Grocers and Co-Ops. We began with the idea of taking the worry out of buying from a produce broker and having no idea where your food will come from or how long its been in a warehouse. Buying directly from a farmer means you get the peace of mind, that your food comes from the same place every time and is picked fresh just for you. By cutting the middleman, we can offer some of the highest quality produce at a reasonable price. At Alvarez Organic Farms, we believe vegetables should be a health benefit, not a health concern, which is why all our produce is certified Organic. Getting the full flavor out of your recipes is important, a good chef, like a good farmer will tell you "freshness makes all the difference" . We focus on getting the freshest produce to our wholesale customers, don't your customers deserve the same?
